Shipping and Returns

·         All orders (excluding custom) are shipped out within 2-3 business days.

·         All returns must be approved. To start a return please contact us at elliebearshop@gmail.com

·         Customers have 7 calendar days from the delivery of the parcel to request a return.

·         Once the return is approved, the parcel must be returned to Elliebear warehouse within 14 calendar days.  After 14 calendar days, the return is void if we have not received the package.

·         Items MUST be unwashed/unworn, in the original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

·         Customers are responsible for shipping back unless their purchase amount qualifies for free shipping and returns based on the promotion at the time of purchase.

·         Elliebear is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the return process.  

·         Final sale items are not returnable

·         Gift cards are not eligible for returns

·          All teethers/ pacifier clips are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

·         If the item received is damaged or defective, the customer has 7 calendar days to inform us to return or exchange. If you fail to notify us of any issues within the 7 calendar days of delivery, we can not assist you.

·         Once the order is placed, we can not modify or change it in any way.

·         We can not apply any promotions or coupons once the order is placed.

·         All custom orders are final sale and are not returnable.
